Sebastián was born in Buenos Aires and has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. He worked in different industries all over the world, and his experience as an entrepreneur and businessman led him to participate and lead different gastronomy projects. He identifies himself as obsessive of detail and work, and with his expertise and professionalism, Sebastián has definitely shown a creative vision, an accurate focus on growth and wise investment opportunities in the gastronomy industry.

Lisandro was born in Buenos Aires and has completed his management degree from Vatel University, where he received excellent training in Business & Hospitality Management.
Lisandro has over 10 years of working experience in the Oil & Gas industry, leading and executing turnkey projects as well as securing financing. He has also been involved in structuring contracts and business development. With great passion for what he does, his expertise has shown he is fully capable of managing different types of projects from beginning to end. Lisandro’s corporate background contributes to Sherpa, with the purpose of growing and expanding.

Victoria was born in Buenos Aires and completed her degree in Interior Design from the University of Palermo. With more than 9 years of experience in the field, Victoria is in charge of the interior design and budgets of the commercial projects at MICO Design algonside Sherpa Consultancy.

Jesica Dwek was born in Buenos Aires and studied Communication at the
University of San Andrés and completed an exchange program to specialize in Communication Media at The College of New Jersey, United States. Since she graduated from College, her professional experience has always been in the Digital world. She has been the founder and Creative Director of ALAI AGENCY since 2014, where she creates and implements marketing, design and digital communication strategies for leading brands.

Graduated from the University of Buenos Aires with a degree in Business Administration with a master’s degree in Fashion Business Management.
In 2013 she began her professional career in the fashion world, as a Finished Product Manufacturer. In 2016 she launched her own brand of Swimwear and Underwear called “ÉLIDA”, and managed to position among the 10 most important brands in the Argentine market.
In 2021, she moved to the US to conquer the local market, not only at the retail channel, but also wholesale, contacting Sherpa Consultancy as a client. Due to her favorable experience, she ended up joining the team to contribute with her know-how and experience in the business world.
